Privacy Policy

Privacy by design. We do not collect accounts, names, emails, your answers, advertising cookies, or tracking cookies. We never sell or share personal information.
What is processed:
- Anonymous, aggregate score statistics (Vibe Coder Score, archetype, IQ band, timestamp) with no identifiers — this is not personal data and cannot be linked to you.
- Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. under its own privacy policy (stripe.com/privacy). We do not receive or store full card numbers.
- Limited technical data (e.g., IP at the network level) is processed by hosting and infrastructure providers (Lovable, Supabase, Stripe) only to deliver and secure the Service — not to identify you.
Cookies: strictly necessary only.
GDPR / UK GDPR legal bases: contract and legitimate interests; anonymous statistics fall outside the scope of personal data.
Your rights: because we hold nothing identifying you, there is usually nothing to access or erase. Where the law applies (GDPR / UK GDPR, including complaints to the ICO; Canada PIPEDA, including complaints to the OPC; California CCPA / CPRA — we do not sell or share), contact us and we will respond. For payment data, please contact Stripe directly.
Global service: anonymous statistics carry no personal data across borders.
Retention: only anonymous aggregate statistics are kept for as long as the Service runs. Payment records are held by Stripe.
