Refund Policy

VibeIQ is a one-time USD $1.00 digital product, delivered instantly via Stripe.
By purchasing, you consent to immediate delivery. Where local law provides a digital-content withdrawal period (for example, the EU/UK 14-day right of withdrawal), that right is lost once delivery begins, to the extent the law allows.
We will refund the $1 if:
- A technical fault on our side blocked access to your result;
- You were charged twice for a single session; or
- Mandatory consumer law requires it.
Send a request within 14 days to dotiodrops@gmail.com, including your purchase date and Stripe receipt. We aim to reply within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned via Stripe.
This policy does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights you may have.
