VibeIQ is an entertainment and self-reflection tool — not a medical, psychological, clinical, diagnostic, or professional assessment. You must be 18 or older to use it.

Access is provided for a one-time fee of USD $1.00, processed by Stripe. We never store full card details.

We grant you a personal, non-commercial, revocable licence to use the Service. You may share your own result card. You may not scrape, resell, reverse-engineer, or use the Service to assess another person.

All content, scoring logic, and archetype names are owned by us. Use of the Service does not create any professional relationship (medical, psychological, legal, financial, or otherwise).

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of accuracy or uptime. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is capped at the amount you paid (approximately USD $1.00). We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on results.

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the Service. We may change the Service or these Terms at any time.

Governing law: the Province of Alberta and applicable federal laws of Canada. Mandatory local consumer rights still apply.
